End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the Wellness Jupiter mobile application ("Wellness Jupiter App") provided by Wellness Jupiter ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Wellness Jupiter App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with any part of this EULA, you may not install or use the Wellness Jupiter App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Wellness Jupiter App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions on Use

2.1 Intellectual Property Rights

The Wellness Jupiter App and all its contents, including but not limited to software, designs, graphics, text, images, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Wellness Jupiter App or its contents without our prior written consent.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

When using the Wellness Jupiter App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or attempt to derive its source code.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the app or its servers.

3. User Content

You may have the option to submit or upload user-generated content to the Wellness Jupiter App, such as comments, reviews, or other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content for any purpose relating to the operation of the Wellness Jupiter App.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Wellness Jupiter App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Updates and Upgrades

We may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Wellness Jupiter App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, enhancements, or new features. You agree to install and use the latest version of the app to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Medical Advice

The Wellness Jupiter App provides general health-related information and recommendations. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals for specific medical concerns. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any information or recommendations provided within the app.

6.2 Use at Your Own Risk

You use the Wellness Jupiter App at your own risk. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Wellness Jupiter App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing and using the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Wellness Jupiter App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this EULA will immediately cease, and you must uninstall and delete all copies of the app from your device.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wellness Jupiter operates. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this EULA or the use of the Wellness Jupiter App shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wellness Jupiter regarding the use of the Wellness Jupiter App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
